The elevator was out the day I left- I had to take the stairs with several bags as I’ve been gone all week for work. Breakfast was the exact same thing daily- you’d think that would change… it didn’t for 4 days. I’m often in the area and have stayed at a lot of holiday inns in the area - this one ranks as one of the lower ones, the breakfast lady was the nicest person in the hotel. The maids wore ear buds so it took several minutes to get the attention to ask for a coffee pod. "
