“Camera minimale ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico appunto la temperatura della camera veramente eccessiva e non regolabile. Anche dopo aver chiamato la reception che ha provveduto a spegnere da remoto il riscaldamento la temperatura è rimasta sui 29 gradi.. troppo troppo.. l’unica era aprire la finestra, ma pioveva..”

“We had a tremendous stay at Capanna Suites. From the very first moment we stepped into reception hotel, we could already feel the warmth and friendliness from Anna and co. The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day. We also had our best dinner in Italy watching the sunset! Would highly recommend others to enjoy the Tuscan life at Capanna Suites.”

“Didn’t eat there so no opinion on that. Check in is 4, not 3 as listed on booking websites. Property location is gorgeous with stunning views. It is about a mile down a gravel road, very secluded. The room furnishings a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Room was clean, bathroom ok, shower gets hot, water pressure so-so, shower doesn’t drain very well. Very conveniently located to Pienza and other towns. Overall……

“Good hotel. If you drive to there based on Google Map, you better follow the main road instead of a muddy road recommend by Google. The hotel is near the old town (so as ZTL!) and just a 5 minutes walk. Montalcino old town get a lot of places to taste wine. Don't miss it!”

“Staff was very friendly. Room has a character, confy bed. Car park is quite far but you can park next to reception for loading/unloading. Breakfast was great with so many options. Only negative thing I'd say is they are charging €6 when you order food to room which is quite high I think. ”
