“飯店的位置非常好，可以鳥瞰整個Cortona的山坡，風景怡人，特別是用早餐的地方，邊享受餐點邊看風景，真的很棒；健身房也是，可以邊運動邊看風景（但旅行中已經一直在走路的我們，僅參觀，沒使用運動器材）。 據說部份房間的窗外也可以看到風景哦，我們是住四人房，窗外只看得到戶外走道和樓梯，空間雖然沒有很大，但也不會覺得太小。因為只住一晚，所以沒有覺得不便的地方，小小缺點是好像沒有熱水瓶（山上比較涼，東方人會想喝杯熱水）。 接待人員態度和善，室內環境整潔，有Wifi，飯店門口就是LFSU5公車站，非常方便。 早餐是豐盛的「義式早餐」，種類有麵包、火腿、派、麥片、果汁、水果丁、優格和現煮咖啡等（ps.除了咖啡，都是冷點）；配上景色，真是非常舒服的一頓早餐。 Cortona是值得住一晚、甚至兩晚的地方，若來到Cortona，推薦住Hotel San Luca。”

“Zentrales Hotel. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal vor Ort. Zimmer auch groß und gut ausgestattet. Ort ziemlich ausgestorben und Hotel in die Jahre gekommen mit wenig Gästen. Als Durchlaufstation für eine Nacht okay.”

“We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely adored it. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms were clean, a very nice size and very well appointed and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The town itself was dreamy. Many of the homes are covered in flowers and plants. Not touristy like many of the towns that we have visited and extremely walkable. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool every afternoon and every time we……

“Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, dotato di ampio parcheggio. Bello l'ingresso dove si è accolti da personale cortese e preparato. La struttura è pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. In camera avevamo l'idromassaggio e il bagno turco. La vasca con l'idromassaggio, dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro con più di 40 gradi, ci ha rigenerati. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato davvero bene. Rimanendo una sola notte, non abbiamo provato la Spa, peccato. Se passate da Castel del Piano……

“Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.”

“Sehr schönes Anwesen, aber leider nur von außen. Unser Zimmer war total alt und abgewohnt und hatte nichts mit den auf der Internetseite gezeigten Bildern zu tun. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, welches jedoch weder von der Größe noch von der Einrichtung den Bildern entsprochen hat. Im Bad war Schimmel an der Wand. Die Dame an der Rezeption zuckte nur mit den Schultern, dazu könne sie nichts sagen. Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht. Das Frühstück war okay,……

“La abadía está preciosa el lugar , la atención y las instalaciones , el Problema aquí, fue que tuvimos un percance con la renta del auto y no pudimos llevarlo, es carísimo salir de la propiedad a hacía algún pueblo cercano, así que si no llevan carro o mucho dinero, no es recomendable. Por qué tampoco cuentan con restaurante, tendrás que llevar tu comida, solo tienen servicio de desayuno, por lo demás estuvimos muy tranquilos y cómodos”

“Beautiful hotel, big room, clean bathroom, including the bath, best housekeeping ever, the African lady was extremely kind, professional and exceptional cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, nice view and well located. Management could be better with customer service, I couldn't figure out if they were happy to help me, but they did help with my requests. Pleasant stay!”
