Great Place and Location

Beautiful Sunsets

Great condo with beautiful view on the sunset. Kitchen had ample supply of dishes, cookware and silverware. Beds were comfortable. We stayed at the end of August/beginning of September. Temperatures ranged from 32 to 80. There are several hiking trails within walking distance from the condo including an overlook with a gazebo directly behind the condo.

No AC and not all windows could be opened to allow cool air coming in the kitchen area. The heating unit in the smaller bedroom woke us up around 4 AM with a laud noise and intense smell of electrical wires burning inside. It took VRBO several hour and phone calls to find our booking as they had issues contacting and coordinating with Expedia. Overall this affected our outdoor activity plans in Grandy as I spent some 8 to 10 hours on several phone calls to get help and to be able to relocate.

Top Notch!

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the perfect location to do ALL the things in the area! Will definitely book again. Smooth check in/check out process...and everything from the kitchen supplies to the bathrooms to the outdoor deck to the TV options were top notch. Hosts obviously put a lot of thought and care into making sure their guests enjoy the condo. Highly recommend.

A beautiful renovated condo with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms made the stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Very quick and pleasant response and fix from the owner when there was a glitch with the entry lock. Thank you

Property owner was very pleasant to speak to. Pictures on Vrbo were the same as we arrived. Nice and cozy. Property management was available anytime in need of any issues. Place was easy to find and clean. Had all the necessities available. Thank you and will definitely rent it again.

Rocky mountain summer vacay

We wanted a place in the mountains to stay and see the area. This was a beautiful place that had everything we needed! The views were spectacular and it is located near all the ski towns around the area. The owners gave all the details we needed for check in and check out so there was no confusion and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owner was really great on communication the only thing I suggest is a few new frying pans everything else was great and nice and clean . The location was great one ski resort was just a mile or so from condo the food store was down the hill

Trip to Granby to dee the leaves

The plumbing under the kitchen sink fell apart as we were cleaning up, but the owner responded quickly and was understanding. The only real downside was the upstairs neighbors had kids and a dog, and they were kind of loud running up and down their stairs. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and we had fun.

Granny condo

Beautiful view and large deck. The beds in this place were below average! Sunk in everywhere except center and I only weight 130 lbs. Windows were dirty. Empty beer cans on grass of lower deck and crumbs in microwave. Kitchen and TVS good and living room cozy! Need to wash all extra blankets and bed covers! Would not go back!

Great Condo … just a little noisy

Nicely renovated condo where the owners thought of many little details to make our stay enjoyable. The only problem was that the building has very thin walls and ceilings, allowing us to hear a little too much from our neighbors.

Cozy, clean, easy

Really enjoyed our stay in Granby. Convenient to Granby Ranch and Winter Park, easy to find and access, and well equipped. The only thing we didn’t love (which is unique to having a 3 year old) is that the back of the couch bumps up against a railing that looks down into the stairwell, which seemed a little treacherous for our rambunctious kid. Probably unavoidable given the layout of the place but good to know for families with littles.

Grandby is beautiful! Gorgeous View!

We arrived around 11:30pm after traveling all day and there was a miscommunication amongst the cleaning crew so we walked into a little bit of a pickle. We called the owner around midnight to explain the situation and left a message. Amazingly he got back to us within minutes and went above and beyond in accommodating our family by providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable night! Chance was very helpful and fixed the problem right away! The place is absolutely wonderful, clean, beautiful views, and in an awesome location! Not only was the owner super responsive and extremely helpful but he also compensated us in a way we didn’t expect. We have never had host be so thoughtful and caring! We would stay here again! Thank you Chance for all you did! It really made the best out of our trip!:)
