"From check-in to check-out the staff were friendly, helpful and present. That may seem obvious but I’ve been at hotels where the staff seem to rarely be around. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned every day. We didn’t make use of the pool or restaurant so can’t really comment there. Room temp was good, bed comfortable, and the coffee maker had actually good coffee pods. We also appreciated the location - short walk to all the esplanade activities and wharf, Rusty’s, Woolies, etc. plus being such a tall hotel it was easy to find again."
