"Leann is an absolute gem I remember her from our visit last year and she commands a professional demeanor while taking care of our needs during our visit both trips! We were unable to check in on time due to a large fire in the area that shut down the roads but were able to check in five hours early the next day as well as checkout an hour later thanks to Leann accommodating us. Looking forward to returning. This is sort of an anniversary location for us. We got to utilize the pool and hot tub this time which were also amazing!"
