“Clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Conveniently close to downtown. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay!”

“Across from convention center only negative was the kitchen did not have a single spoon so trying to fix coffee in the morning was impossible”

“The room itself was great my only suggestion would be to turn on the ice maker when you arrive because the facility doesn’t have an ice machine. I chose this facility because of location and because of the hot tub and pool amenities but unfortunately upon arrival we shortly found out that both were out of order needless to say I was extremely disappointed”

“The staff was wonderful and the location was great for the convention center. However the room was not great and the air conditioning was stuck on 80 dents in the fridge carpet was not in great shape and the smell was rough.”

“The first room we got was flee infested. We went to the desk the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and upgraded our room at no cost.”

“My husband and I had such a great weekend here! This is one of those places where you can tell the owners truly put themselves in their guests' shoes. Our host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and easy to communicate with. From the start, it was obvious they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was so comfortable I briefly considered taking it home with me. The location was perfect too, with several restaurants and...

“A small but well appointed apartment. Had everything we needed and was in a great location.”

“This property was clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit smaller than we anticipated. Very nice, very clean, well decorated, just slightly smaller than expected.”

“Smooth experience.”

“We checked in late at night to the room being 85 degrees and the AC not working. When I requested assistance they had me go through the troubleshooting process on the HVAC at 12am. After that failed they moved me to another room where THAT HVAC was incredibly loud. Because I didn't want to deal with any more moves I stayed the night. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were terrible. I slept for about 3 hours with the loud AC and noisy tenants. I contacted the host in the morning...

“I will start with the pros: The hotel is in a very good location. It's within walking distance to dining, shopping, and the aquarium. The room has been fabulously renovated and decorated. We also did not see or hear any other residents. Now the con: When we arrived the room, the first thing we noticed was a very loud sound. Upon investigation, it was the air conditioning unit, which is housed in a closet next to the bed. As it is the height of the summer, and the unit was not yet at a comfortable...

“We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional. I was concerned about the lack of parking considering I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and needing to unload/load everything (plus then haul up 3 flights). The parking garage is right around the corner and only 8/day so that worked out well. We had toilet issues initially that ended up being...

“We loved the 1915 feel and the location, close to Market St and downtown. Everything was well laid out and comfortable, with good parking.”
