Great stay close to beach

Property was nice. Room was nice, elevators being repaired during our stay, but thankfully didn’t affect our family. Lots of cooking pans and dishes available.

Home away from home

Lovely, quiet setting.

The property met our needs and the manager responded well to any issues that arose (light bulbs, batteries, a way to secure the slider door). We prefer to prepare our own meals and the kitchen had the basics to do that. Loved the views! We like the quietness of this area, but it means more travel time to town, which some may not like. The main thing you need to know is that three or four different associations own the various buildings and you may not have access to all the amenities, even if it was advertised on your listing.

Fort Morgan - Plantation Dunes

Love this area and the condo location! There were a couple of things about the room that caused me to rate lower on cleanliness. For one, there were large crumbs of some kind under both of the arm chairs when we arrived. Additionally one of the arms on the arm chair is completely broken (have video if needed). Outside of these two things, the unit had everything we needed. Loved that this unit faced the pool too!

Good Overall Stay

Would highly suggest some ceiling fans in the rooms. It got very hot and stuffy in the rooms at night. We have never been to a beach stay with no fans. Overall a good stay but just a suggestion of some upgrades needed.

Nice but tiny

The unit is listed as "sleeps 8" but I can't imagine 8 adults fitting into this condo. Relatively comfortable for three adults and two children who don't mind being close to each other. Balcony is cramped and the tall chairs are too big to move around. There is nothing stocked in this condo. You get two rolls of toilet paper, some towels, and a roll of paper towels so make sure you bring literally everything you need. The condo was somewhat clean, there were dirty corners and floors and cabinets and there is nothing to clean with. It wasn't the worst but could absolutely be cleaner. The location is excellent and we enjoyed our time at the beach.

Very Relaxing

This is a nice property- has all you need and the beach was wonderful. Our unit was dated, and the bathrooms were really, really small. The utensils in the kitchen were just about useless- it is fun to cook when in this kind of atmosphere instead of running into town for every meal, but very limited pots & pans, bowls, and the cooking knives were so dull it was ridiculous. Not our first time here- I love the seclusion, but I will be looking for something a little more upgraded & modern next trip.

Beautiful Beach, More Communication

Initially, there was much confusion on where we would be staying. Once you arrive to the property we weren't told which building we would be staying in which caused some difficulties finding our room/bringing our things from the car. The shower in the master bedroom was difficult to work. The water had to be turned off to adjust the temperature due to the handle not turning properly. Otherwise, the property was beautiful, grounds were kept clean, everyone was extremely friendly, and had great proximity to beach activity opportunities (paragliding, jet skiing, banana boat, etc). Would stay here again!
