The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 4. Both master and guest bedroom have king beds. This unit has a designated parking space under building labeled 701.

Tropic Isle is an 8 story building with 5 units per floor located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tropic Isle has an outdoor pool and grilling area.
