Clean, could have been better. Condo had a smell, maybe dirty wet clothes or dirty mop. Needs to be updated. Great location.

Unbelievably dirty-avoid

I was very frustrated to find this property extremely dirty. I had read other reviews online about things like missing vent covers and dirty floors, but I had hoped that the owner would have taken that feedback and made changes. Unfortunately, when we checked in this October, we found the exact same issues. Dirty sheets, holes in the wall, filthy floors, furniture that hasn’t been wiped down, baseboards covered w hair and dust. It was just a very icky Condo. I would absolutely not recommend it nor would I stay here again. My other frustration was that the day we checked in, whoever manages the condo reached out to ask if everything was clean and to our satisfaction. I told them no, it was dirty. They didn’t offer to rectify. They asked if we needed anything else and I told them that we only had four towels and no beach towels for four people for four days. They told me that was standard. I also let them know that the icemaker was not producing ice and they sent me back some silly directions that were obvious like “turn it on”. I told him I did that already. I just overall got the feeling that they really didn’t want to help. The lighthouse facility is great. The pools are clean and warm and the beach access is fantastic! I have no complaints about the facilities. Additionally, every time I’ve rented a VRBO the home has at least some beach equipment. This condo has none! Just a heads up. For example, no beach towels, no small cooler, no tumblers, no chairs.

Great property and location!! Great view from the master bedroom and 2 sliding doors in the condo. Everyone very pleasant to talk with during our stay.

Pleasant vacation

The condo was convenient to parking and elevators had no waiting time. We prepared no meals, but the kitchen was clean and many amenities to prepare meals. The master shower needs a deep cleaning for mold and overall the condo could use an update. We had several maintenance issues while there, but Vacasa was prompt and very courteous with correcting our problems. Vacasa would be my choice to rent through again.

Labor Day stay

The condo was ok. The furniture in the living room really needs replaced. It is very stained and looks dirty!! There was mold in the master bathroom and dirty dishes in the cabinets. I didn’t realize the bunk room was so small. It was like a closet with a bunk bed in it. Those are the reasons I gave it a 3. I have stayed in better condos for the same price.

Needs updated!!

We were not impressed for the price. The living room furniture needs updated, the bunk room is extremely small my kids would not sleep in there, the master shower is small and moldy. It seemed clean but still felt dirty. The views were great, the pools were great, beach access was great. Decent location. Office staff was rude. If you arrive after 5 go get your parking pass. The office does Not close at 5 like the paperwork stated. We arrived at 630 so I waited until the next morning to get parking pass and had a citation on our vehicle because the office was still open at 630pm. Overall would not recommend and would not stay again.
