“There were 2 issues with the place and the host was extremely quick to resolve the issues. The host deserves a 5 star rating. However, he should have removed the stove and oven from the listing. There was not a stove nor was there an oven except a toaster oven. There was not a thermostat that could be controlled by the guests. I would highly recommend this place as long as the host describes the place accurately. It was definitely clean and comfortable. Thank you. ”

“Very nice apartment. The only issue I had was that it's a basement apartment with very small windows and I don't handle that well. It has a very nice setup for being able to work while I was there and the location is good in relation to the rest of the town. Easy to get to. Parking was okay - at least it was off the street. There should be more insulation between the ceiling and the floor above because we could hear every step that was taken and everything that was dropped by the people……

“Positive: The house is beautiful and very well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard was perfect for the boys to play and our dog.Negative: It was not as clean as were are accustomed to, especially the floors. However, we give them a bit of a break, because we added a day at the beginning of our trip and it was Thanksgiving.
