“Our stay was amazing. We enjoyed all the play areas. We used the fire pit they had and made smores. They provided chairs for porch,picnic tables with umbrella. They even had a grill all for our cabin. The family is so nice. Our cabin was clean and freshly painted. I learned they have cottages as well with tables. Our family cant wait to return. Cleanest pool I have ever seen in all my travels.”

“New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.”

“Beautiful property, quiet, clean room with the most comfortable bed. Room needs updated though. Toilet ran, sink would clog, paint chipping in bathroom and fireplace didn't have gas turned on. The only other complaint was missing staff at front desk on the only day we went to the office. People waiting to check in but no staff around for at least a half hour. Housekeepers don't speak English so they weren't helpful. Not sure I'd stay there again. The price was a little high for the room not……

“The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it……

“Breakfast is charged separately, with limited variety and high price. There is a water bar on each floor that provides drinks and snacks, but it will be charged at USD 35 per day in the room rate. In short, it is not cost-effective.”

“Great little mountain retreat! The outdoor area is great— pool, hot tubs, sauna and fire pits. They were much enjoyed after a long day of hiking! The staff was friendly and the Shovel Handle Pub had great food and libations. Would love to go back!”
