“Liked the location and history. Unlike scheduled smores campfire for Wednesday and no staff around to hold the scheduled event. Unlike unfriendly attitude of Chef although food was excellent. 1st day we were offered cookies at check in and I asked in a light hearted manner "Are they fresh and warm from this morning?" The girl at desk asked the Chef who was standing nearby and he abruptly said " They were made today!" His face was very serious and unfriendly. We moved on. The next day……

“New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.”

“The property is out dated with soft beds and not much to do on the property for adults. Our entry door had spider webs and so did the patio. We hear a loud noise every 20 to 30 minutes and it was coming from the basement. Definitely would not stay here again.”

“If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny……
