“The AC in the room is soooooooooo loud, like a car racing near you, also the TV is broken, and when I ask the front desk, I was not even offered to get helped, not even tried, and when I check out this morning and when I said the AC is so loud, all I got is that oh I’m sorry, like they don’t care about the people’s experience staying here, don’t stay here at this hotel, it’s new, but not worth it, and pretty sure you can’t even sleep during the night”

“I am so sad we only stayed here one night. This place was amazing- super clean and cozy room, excellent amenities, and delicious breakfast. Great location for Fall leaf peeping and hiking. The host gave us a recommendation for a nearby hike and it was beautiful. I hope to come back!”

“This quaint inn is very convenient to the downtown area and walkable to the train station. The room we’d originally booked had a ‘maintenance issue’ so we were told we were ‘upgraded’ to a Carriage House room. Loved that there a living area as well as a full kitchen (which we didn’t use), but the sliding glass door didn’t lock. We requested maintenance, but nothing was ever done. We had to improvise our own door stop with luggage racks. Bed was comfy and shower was hot with great pressure.……

“The main problem was it was double booked. First evening a party put it the code, opened the door and walked in on me! They gave me the owners number. He blamed me. I booked in July. The other party booked in the last two weeks. The owner never resolved the issue with me!”

“The house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, hike, swim, theme parks and restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was there was only one bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.”
