“What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. Two bottles of whisky with an honour system touched off the whole experience for a couple of nips late in the evening. The rooms……

“Clean, quiet cottage with marvellous views. Kitchen large and well equipped. Beds and settees comfy. Good base for walking the coastal path. Would like to come back. Only negative was the one very small bath towel each and no individual hand towels, or dishcloth.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!”

“We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you……

“We really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Doug’s house in seatown only a few streets away from Cullens beautiful beaches. The house is clean spacious and well appointed. Doug is a good communicator and always on hand to help or answer inquiries.”

“Beautiful, stunning views from this secluded spot. A short drive in the Dufftown and a 15 minute drive to The Glenlivet. Having a personal hot tub was a welcome treat. Tracy was a a lively host!”

Nothing was too much trouble , the cottage was spotless the gardens for the kids to play on amazing , took our mountain bikes and had the time of our lives, thankyou Ramsey for taking us around different close villages so we new where to go and get our bearings . “We had an amazing time at Hill Crest Cottage, our second stay here. It is extremely comfortable with a great location overlooking the sea. It is very tastefully decorated and lovely and cozy!! Can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outside space!”
