“I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. ”

“The cottage was really nice, spotlessly clean, plenty of space and beautifully decorated / accessorised. Peter left a good welcome pack for us including wine (thank you!), and there were flowers in the kitchen too. We were blessed with great weather and sat out in the lovely garden both afternoons/evenings and used the bbq too! The photos do not do it justice! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area too.”

“we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.”
