“Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping……

“A comfortable and well equipped flat in a massive residential complex. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic and capable. Free parking was available in the centre of the surrounding roads, sufficiently close that the car was visible from the flat. “Owners of Cottage provided a phone number to call one week before our arrival. Numerous attempts each day and "no one" answered the phone. And there wasn't any way to leave a message. On our way to the unit, we had an emergency, one member, in the emergency room for 3 hours. I tried getting hold of the unit, no response so I called VRBO. We had to cancelled because I could not speak with the owner about our situation and their accommodations. Request complete refund.”
