“The suite had a fully outfitted kitchen with all appliances, dishes, flatware and cooking pans and utensils. There was also a kitchen island with very attractive pendant lights. The bathroom was spacious and had a large sink and vanity inside the bathroom rather than outside the bathroom as you find in most hotels. The bedroom was very large and tastefully decorated. There were 2 large televisions; one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Every possible amenity you could want was……

“We were traveling with friends /golfing at Willow Creek in LeMars. So very happy to have such beautiful accommodations! The fresh scent(not overpowering) ,the luxurious towels,lovely room & very comfy bed all made it so enjoyable. Appreciated the breakfast & coffee machine! Thank you Brown Family for your attention to detail everywhere! Will share with others for sure! ”

“I was impressed both by the cleanliness and the personality of this motel. It's not your normal cooky cutter hotel that all look alike on the inside. It has a throwback charm to it that is very unique. It could use a bit of paint touch up in a couple of corners and there were a few very minor chips in the furniture that just added to the charm. The breakfast was no feast, but nice, with waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of coffees, several different cereals, and a few breads. Just a warning, this……
