“First room we were brought to it was being lived in by someone. Second room had blood on the walls and door and holes in the wall. Third room was ok but a hole in the wall but sheet weren't clean after further looking. 4th room was cleaned the best but sheets had blood on them and hair. We ended up leaving after about 2 hours, we ended up just driving the 3 hours home. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Really wish I could get a refund for the 2 rooms because we didnt even stay. Horrible.……

“We have stayed here multiple times because it is close to the family we are visiting. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and always quiet.”

“If you like a firm board mattress this is the place for you. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast was nasty. I would not book again.”

“My room was super clean. For an older motel it was painted and fresh and new looking and I live parking right in front of my door. The property had baskets of flowers at each door which were stunning. A wonderful touch and the pricing was extremely good considering being the the lakes area of NW Iowa. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again when I'm in the area.”
