Excellent breakfast spread, with lovely staff maintaining it. I wish we had been able to get there in time to make it to the restaurant for a meal, but we didn't. I will quite happily stay here again. Top marks!!"

"It’s not every day you have the opportunity to stay in accommodations built over 200 years ago! The history of the home was provided in great detail in a binder in our room making our visit that more memorable. Anne and Alan were superb hosts. Their warmth and genuine kindness elevated our stay to a 5 star! Breakfast was amazing in presentation and delicious to our palettes! If we are ever in the area again we will come back to the Pratt Smith House. Ps. I traveled with my 87 year old mother and it was a little daunting for her going up the narrow steep stairs but she did it. My mom enjoyed her stay and even commented that her bed was very comfortable. Just want to put that out there in case there are issues for anyone with climbing stairs."
