The additional propane heater is also there in case we did not want to keep the fire stove going all the time. “We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. “Upon first appearance the house is nicely decorated. The owners did provide toilet paper, paper towels, and hand/dish soap which was nice. However, the house needs a serious deep clean. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms directly Above the beds had a thick layer of dust on them. There were crumbs in the corners of the kitchen floors and the dining room & dust bunnies in the family room. Only one of the lights above the bathroom vanity worked, the other one had a missing bulb & the other 2 did not……

This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.”
