"nice and convenient hotel. staff efficient and helpful. room charging cable not very good and disconnect often during charging. housekeeping doesn't refill the humidifier."

"Staff can all speak English and friendly. Check in and out was easy and quick. We had a car and the hotel staff Mr. Noyen had help us all the way to the car park. Parking can be a bit tricky because you need to leave the car to a staff to store it in B3. It is convenient when you drive. The room was nice and not too small, bathroom was big compared to other hotel. The Tokyo tower view was absolutely amazing. We will come back again."
