Conveniently located in the South Forest Beach area, this villa places you within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, where you can explore a variety of restaurants, shops, and bike trails.

This beautifully decorated first-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa features a spacious, open layout designed to be your "home away from home." The living room is furnished with a new sofa and love seat, complemented by a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen boast modern amenities including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, elegant wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with two stools. A stack washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen.

Step out onto the deck off the living room to enjoy views of the serene grounds. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Additional outdoor seating is available on a second deck as you enter the condo.

Guests can take advantage of the large swimming pool, located just 50 yards from the front door.
