Hart of Paradise at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a 2BR/2BA condo on the second floor of Admiral's Row Building B. It has a view of the ocean and is steps from the beach via a private walkway across the dunes. HHBT has 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, volleyball and more.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a full service gated resort located mid-island on Hilton Head Island.

The Olympic-size oceanfront pool and pool deck are the largest on the island with an adjacent children’s pool dedicated for ages up to 4 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent. A second pool is located at Admirals Row.
Pool hours 9am – 9pm (year-round).

Fitness Area and Shuffleboard
These amenities are located by the oceanfront pool. Volleyball nets are on the beach. Shuffleboard equipment, volleyballs, bean bag lawn toss game, and horseshoes are free and available at the oceanside pool attendant stand. Pickleball equipment can be checked out at the Tennis Pro Shop at a nominal cost

Tennis
Eight lighted hard surface courts, six hard surface Pickle Ball courts and a Pro Shop are available. Tennis is free for owners and guests of the resort. Tennis is available between 8:00am and 10:00pm.

Basketball
A basketball hoop and playground are located between the Tennis Villas lagoon and the Tennis Pro Shop. Basketballs are available in the Tennis Pro Shop.

Playground
Children must be accompanied by adults at the playground.

Picnic Areas
Picnic areas are located near the playground and Admirals Row. Picnic tables and grills are available for your use.

Bike Rentals
Bike rentals are year-round. The rental stand is located near the security gate.

Fitness Center
The fitness center is located at the Pro Shop near tennis court 1. The Fitness Center is open every day 6am – 10pm. Electronic cards for usage of the Fitness Center are available for owners only from Owners Services located in the Conference Center. Fitness cards are available for guests at the CVC front desk for a refundable security deposit of $20.00.

Family Fun -Hilton Head Island

Everything you need for a good stay.

Everything you need and then some is provided for a comfortable, successful stay. The decor is very “beachy”. It felt like we were visiting a favorite aunt. The condo owner and condo staff at the complex were responsive and friendly.

Sister trip

First visit to HH for our annual sister trip. We are in love with this place. We called it Cozy Condo. We had everything we needed down to the little flashlights for night walking. The owner kept in contact and was more than accommodating! We will definitely return!

HHI Family Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay and our time on HHI. Our kids 5 & 2 had a great time and were sad to leave. We liked that we were close to the beach and that the resort had two pools plus dining options nearby. Traveling there by plane we appreciated the many extras for a day at the beach. We did have a bit of trouble checking in but it was resolved quickly. Sherry was super responsive and we would definitely consider staying again.

Great Stay - Owner thought of everything

Great place to stary for a family vacation. The owner had thought of everything. Plenty of towels, blankets, and other little things to make your stay nice. The unit also had beach toys, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to carry to it all to the beach in. Property was secure and clean. We will definately be staying again.

Perfect place to stay!

My family of 4 were coming for a short fall break getaway and my mother ended up coming with us. Luckily, the queen sized sofa bed was comfy and mom had her own space to sleep. Even with 5 of us, it never felt crowded! Sherry was so very nice and easy to reach. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed this condo a lot. Thanks so much!

Exceptionally clean

Easy beach walk. High end primary bathroom shower with many, many jets.Very safe. Well stocked, including a coffee bar with filters. Games, books, and even plastic cups and plates for little ones. Lots of beach toys and even a beach wagon.Very nice towels and beach towels provided. Laundry is not in the unit but very convenient right next to the elevator. Large complex but not crowded, even has a game room and two restaurants on site.I look forward to going back and staying again.I forgot to tell the owner that the children's room was warm and perhaps someone had closed the vent. When you stay there, just check that AC vent, the kids woke up sweating.

Slice of paradise

Sherry was an absolute wonderful host and we loved sharing her condo. It was clean and felt so thoughtful of guests. It was my daughters first vacation and it felt like we picked the best rental. There were boogie boards, sand toys, beach cart and so much more! The resort itself is so family friendly, and well kept and safe. My daughter practically turned into a fish with the time spent on the beach and in the pools!!

Pre July 4th quick trip!

We had a short 2 night stay. We have been to HHIBT several times and enjoy the amenities and being close to the beach. The unit itself was perfect size for the 4 of us. We utilized the pull out couch and everyone had a bed. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances were not updated but all worked fine. The host was accessible and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best experiences ever. Our host provides a ton of extra special touches that make you feel very cared for. The beach cart is wonderful, she provides snacks, waters, stocked coffee bar and kitchen (sandwich bags included!) and so much more! It was clean, neat, easy to access, etc... I could go on and on... Oh and did I mention affordable!! We'll be back!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Took our 4 and 5 year olds for their first beach trip, and this condo was a perfect fit for us. On quiet Admiral’s Row, we were VERY close to the beach and AR’s smaller pool. We were in walking distance to the large pool and on-site restaurants, which was great. Sand toys, chairs, and beach supplies that Sherry provided were very handy. We also enjoyed the variety of games in the cabinet. Sherry has thought of everything to help the guests enjoy their stay- extra blankets, pillows, towels, and even a basket of snacks for us upon arrival . Only possible improvement I could suggest is the master bed isn’t super comfy. Definitely not the worst we’ve slept on, but if we were to suggest an improvement, it would be a more comfortable mattress in there. Regardless, we will most definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Home away from home

The condo is everything that it is advertised to be. It is exceptionally clean and has a great location, with just a short walk to the beach and it has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon and they even have the nicest coffee bar area setup!

Great Beach Condo Hilton Head Island

We stayed 8 nights here and had an amazing vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of 5, it was clean and well stocked, there were so many extras provided which took the stress out of packing for a week at the beach. The resort was amazing as well, there were so many activities, pools were great, beach was great, and the onsite restaurants were reasonably priced and food and drinks were great. 10/10 would stay here again.
