"The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."

Probably will not stop in that area again. We’d rather get out of Atlanta. But nice hotel. However you hear the roar of traffic in the interstate!"
