Insgesamt sehr gut, ABER: Das Spielzeug-Waschbecken sollte durch ein funktionsgerechtes ersetzt werden!Ansonsten alles perfekt außer Abstriche bei der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (nur Computer-generierte Mails)
