"Intercity Budapest continues to be our home away from home. The building, rooms, hardware are all great. However, it is the Relationships that make it home ! We travel with sport (Wrestling) and have been at Intercity each summer for the last five years. Each time we walk through the outer doors, we are instantly at home with Family. Levint has become like a grandson to us. This trip, Emma and the other young women at front desk continued the tradition of making us feel special. The idea that ALL of Intercity's staff are such warm, happy, caring humans speaks to your management's selection process, your training and leadership, your philosophy of Customer Care. We must point out that It's Not Just Us ! We watch your staff engage with business travelers, families, bus-loads, old and young. Every need is met with compassion and empathy. "The gym has a weight set, a few weight machines, three treadmills, and a few exercise bikes. It's a little small when five people are all trying to stretch and lift weights at the same time. I think to ease up on some of the traffic in the gym, it should open up at 0500 for the people who like to work out before 0600 when the gym actually opens up."
