Relax by the wood-burning fireplace as you watch a movie or play a board game after a long and active day of exploring Lake Tahoe's mountainous landscapes. Enjoy an easy, 10-minute walk to the lakeshore each morning, and come home to relax with a glass of wine out on the patio as you breathe in the fresh mountain air and listen to the birds sing.

Spend summer days just a 10-minute walk from home at Incline Beach, where you can go swimming and boating on Lake Tahoe and soak up the plentiful sunshine. In the winter, visit Diamond Peak Ski Resort less than two miles away and tear up the powder as more snow falls. This area is also full of beautiful hiking trails that offer an adventurous point of view of the Lake Tahoe region.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
