Perfect!!

This property was beautiful, clean, and we had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very welcoming, extremely responsive, and attentive. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and the area was close to the Bottleworks District which we loved visiting. We had an amazing time with our family, and highly recommend staying here!

Great Location and Immaculately Clean

Can’t say enough good things about our stay, Terrific historic neighborhood just minutes from everything in downtown Indy. Playground and restaurants are just a short walk. The house is tastefully decorated and one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever rented. Owners are very responsive and checked in on the app a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of.

Beautiful house with VERY stressful construction noise

The house is beautiful & exactly as described. Cleanest rental we’ve ever had! The place is huge & was more then enough room for our family of 6. Lots of natural light & so thoughtfully appointed. Plenty of dishes & everything we could hope for in the kitchen. Beds are all memory foam- most of my family didn’t care for that but a lot of people love it. The bunk beds are really for the kids- kind of “rickety” as my boys said. The hot tub is a fun bonus- only half the jets work though and there was stuff floating in it (probably debris from not being covered properly in the rain/wind.) Renters should be aware that the house is DIRECTLY across the (narrow) street from a huge construction project. The beeping of the vehicles woke us up before 8:00 both days. It was CONSTANT NOISE all day until after 5:00 and the entire house rattled! I sent a message to Jesse to let him know how disappointed we were that we weren’t notified about the construction- he knew we arrived late & we were traveling with kids. He did not reply to my message at all. Due to the busyness & noise we didn’t feel like we could even sit out on the porch or “yard” during the day. 5 star home rating but 1 star location with the noise and honest communication surrounding that.

Great family-friendly home!

Perfect home for our long weekend in Indy! Close proximity to fun places for the kids (and adults!), including the Children’s Museum, Bottleworks District, and Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Plus the local playground within walking distance of the home. The house was cozy, inviting, clean, and had all the amenities we needed… and then some! Truly appreciate the owners’ hospitality.

Great VRBO property

We stayed at the property for a weekend trip in town with friends. The home smelled clean upon entering and was a very nice play to stay. Conveniently located to downtown, we would stay here again!

2 mi. to Downtown. Spacious, Stylish, Modern Home.

We arrived late, but there was no problem checking-in. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us and very well appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, bottles of ice cold water and snacks. Every room was very spacious, clean and well lit. This is a beautiful home and a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you!

Awesome weekend

Stayed at this property for a girls trip/long weekend. The house was perfect! Very well stocked. Very clean, cozy and the perfect spot to enjoy time and laughs with friends. The owners were great and the check in/out process was easy.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was in a great location and very clean. We had kids with us and there was easy access to the park. Communication with Jesse was easy and they always responded quickly. Would stay there again.

Amazing hosts

Jesse was a real great host. He goes out of his way to add little touches that makes your stay so much more enjoyable. We had a loved one pass and had to book last minute. He was very understanding and supportive of our situation and needs. The house itself was big enough for us all to come together or have our space. The best meal we had in Indy was the one we cooked on that awesome grill there. My only negative was the king bed is super super soft which i typically love but it made it very hard to move around for us older folks. Other then that it was perfect it had everything we needed. Super appreciative of their kindness. Definitely a great experience.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Close

We stayed at this house for the weekend while attending a volleyball tournament at the convention center with 5 kids. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms and kitchens were nicely updated and very functional. The proximity to downtown was convenient and it was obvious that the surrounding neighborhood is going through a revitalization with many older, run down properties being renovated or replaced. While there were still a few rough spots only a few blocks away, we felt very safe and secure with our family there. The only minor suggestion I'd make it to provide a fan for each of the bedrooms as given that it is such an old house, the temperature downstairs was very cool, but upstairs was a bit warm on a hot day. Overall great option for a visit to Indy!

Great comfortable home

Loved the property it was really nicely furnished and comfortable. Was just as advertised. Thank you for the snacks and wine that was really nice because we arrived on a Sunday evening and went to the grocery store and didn’t realize you can’t buy wine on a Sunday after 8 pm. 😊
