Quite good

Nice hotel . Clean rooms but you could hear neighbour and what they talked about . Good breakfast , Nice locals .. Refrigerator was making horrible noise so i unplugged it in the night.

Returned after covid period. Before covid stayed frequently at this hotel. What noticed this time is that rooms are quite noisy. we heard our neighbour snoring and talking to each other early morning. Restaurant is great!

Świetny hotel na wypoczynek w Inowrocławiu

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji - kilkanaście minut piechotą do parku, blisko Starego Miasta. Pyszne jedzenie i przemiła obsługa.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first evening, I cleaned the light switches and bathroom floor as both were filthy and when I saw the toilet, I asked the stuff to clean it. It not only smelled like urine, but dirty. I think that the cleaning person only poured some lighted in the toilet bowl, because the nastiness was still there, so I cleaned it myself. In addition, when I went to bed, I noticed some stains under my sheet. When I pulled the sheet off, the mattress cover had lots of brown dots and some hair. I then called the resorption and the sheets were changed. The next day, my dad and I were moved to a different room, which toilet was even worse. It literally had feces on the side of the bowl. This hotel’s standard of cleanliness is way below four stars. I don’t think that they were specifically worried, as the second toilet was basically not cleaned, too.

Hotel is rated as 4 stars but I would hardly give it 2 stars. They were overbooked on out days and I think a lot of things goes wrong. First of all we got a twin room instead of double and we have to wait for 20 min when staff will make one bed from two. The second thing was the uncleaned bathroom. Floor was dirty and we even found some hair and nails on the floor! The breakfast buffet selections were good.

This hotel staff is exceptional. Everyone is pleasant and eager to help if you have a question. The hotel manager does a great job hiring the right people. Since I do not speak Polish she got her restaurant manager, Liza, to assist me. Liza was wonderful as well. Mateusz Balcerek, is a young and talented chef at Saline Restaurant who recently was listed in Gault & Millau as the "Best Restaurant in Inowroclaw." I had dinner each night due to the outstanding presentation and Matthew's cuisine: duck breast, duck leg, goose dumplings, pumpkin soup, beet root soup---the most sensational flavors ever. If you love great food and service Saline is not to be missed!

Nice modern hotel

Modern hotel near the centre and the lovely park. A bonus was the air conditioning in the room. The breakfast food was good but very illogically laid out. Breakfast staff not very helpful but reception staff were very helpful.

Great hotel and restaurant

Very nice hotel in a quiet town. Traditional European rooms and fixtures but clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and even packed breakfast for our group when we had to leave early for the day. Amazing restaurant in the lobby and great prices. Would stay again.

Very good stay

Initially there was some confusion on the hotel's part whether the hotel was overbooked, despite having a valid reservation already fully paid. However this was more than compensated for at chrck-in by friendly and responsive staff, and a very spacious room with views over a park, with seating and a table. All in all excellent value in a clean, modern hotel.

Fajna lokalizacja - pomiędzy rynkiem a uzdrowiskiem, bardzo miła obsługa, czyste i przestronne pokoje, darmowy dostęp do małej sauny i małej siłowni. Śniadania poprawne, ale zdarzyło się czerstwe pieczywo dwukrotnie podczas mojego 4 dniowego pobytu. Przepyszna kawa (ale nie ta śniadaniowa). Ceny W restauracji niewygórowane. Przyjemny taras do wypić wieczornego piwa drinka. Cena piwa też zaskakująco niewygórowana. Mały minus za to pieczywo i za jakość papieru toaletowego - klasy papieru ściernego :( Generalnie polecam ocena 4,5

Das Restaurant war sehr gut, die Portionen sind überschaubar. Leider hatten wir am Abreisetag den ganzen Morgen kein fließend Wasser!!! Als wir nachfragten sagte die Angestellte, das wir ab 11 Uhr wieder Wasser hätten. War nicht so toll, aber die ganze Straße war betroffen.

Godt hotel

Pænt, rent hotel med sødt personale. Ok morgenmad uden at være prangende. Et tip - Der ligger en restaurant med et super godt køkken tæt på hotellet (ligger på samme gade = Res. Roma). Hotellet har rigtig gode parkeringsforhold.

Dejligt hotel, centralt belligenhed

Havde 2 overnatninger på dette fine hotel. Alt var i orden lige fra værelserne til personalet som alle talte engelsk og var meget hjælpsomme. Fin placering i roligt område ikke langt fra stor park og centrum. Kan absolut anbefales.
