I paid about $150 per night for an economy room, which I think may be on the lower range in comparison to other places in Istanbul City Centre. Staff were absolutely pleasant, friendly and helpful. They helped me recover an item I had left in the taxi they scheduled from the airport. The room was too small for two people. There was barely space to pass from one side of the room to the other (you had to turn your body sideways to make it), where the bathroom was. Suitcase had to be rolled above the bed to move it to the other side of the room. Apart from listing the 9 m2 of the room, I'd suggest also showing a picture of the space between the bed and the wall. I believe this is more a room for one person/solo travellers, does not fit 2 comfortably. The room was old and without much natural light. However, it was very clean. We also got complementary water and coffee in the room everyday. Some of the streets leading to the hotel felt unsafe, although I don't think they actually were. However, women traveling alone could feel uneasy, mostly during late hours of the night. The location of the hotel is otherwise absolutely convenient. Key landmarks such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace are within 10 - 12 min walk. Breakfast was included and felt very complete.

The manager and front office staff were incredibly kind, hospitable and attentive. Rooms were a little bit small, but all the amenities worked well. Right next to a mosque. I found the call to early morning prayers a delight but some folks may find it disturbing so early in the morning. Great location for Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, shopping and Museums

We had a wonderful stay at Zeyn Hotel. We recommend every tourist to come there. Staff guided us through our trip and they made sure our stay is comfortable. The only thing I can say is that you will walk hills around the hotel. 😮‍💨 Otherwise you can try to go around but it will be a detour.

The manager went above and beyond by offering thoughtful recommendations for exploring the city, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible, bringing medicine if we caught the flu, or offering honey, lemons, and tea—anything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their guests, which makes all the difference. I can only wish that every hotel had a manager like him. His genuine care, attention to detail, and kindness made our stay unforgettable. In a world where genuine hospitality can sometimes feel rare, he stands out as someone who goes beyond the expected, treating guests not just as clients but as valued individuals. If all managers were like him, traveling would always feel like coming home. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and compassion he showed us, and we will carry that feeling with us long after our stay.

What an experience it was to stay here!! The rooms are nice, nothing fancy but very clean and maid service was daily, they did a great job keeping our room from becoming chaotic. Beds and pillow are very comfortable. The location is great and you can walk everywhere and easy access to transit. The real standout for me was the staff. The hotel manager has a heart of gold and treats his guests like family members. He goes above and beyond what he is supposed to do. Dealt with multiple front desk persons, all of whom were kind, helpful, and also would go above and beyond what they're supposed to do. I believe that their hiring process is what makes each and every member of this hotel's team special. Edde, who works in the breakfast hall is someone who shines bright and will make your morning memorable (daily breakfast included). Mahmoud and Ahmed at the front desk made me feel like I was not at a hotel, but staying at a close family members home. Ramadan and Fareed helped me with whatever request I had. There was one evening I asked if there was a good local hookah place to go to, Mahmoud just finished his shift and took his own (unpaid) personal time to walk me all the way to the location to ensure I got there safe. Any solo female traveler will feel so safe here. Kids are playing on the street late into the night and the staff ensures everyone's safety and comfort. Again, you're literally treated like a family member here!

The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were super helpfull and friendly. The manager even lent me 3000 Turkish Lira when i checked in to help me out till i got my money exchanged. L'hotel è veramente carino. La posizione è eccezionale, in pieno quartiere Sultanameth con tutte le attrazioni turistiche a due passi. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Il problema sono gli spazi: l'hotel ha 3 stanze "economy" di 9 mq ciascuna troppo troppo piccole in cui è difficilissimo muoversi e dalle prenotazioni non si capisce la realtà delle cose. There is nothing that we could fault with our stay at Zeyn hotel. The service was spectacular from Selçuk and Mahmood plua anyone else we came across. We were made to feel more like family than guests! The breakfast had many options and was a wonderful start to the day. The room is exactly what you need for a town like this when most of your day is spent out and exploring. The location was walking distance to all the major sites. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here in this beautiful little part of town!

Excellent staff who are very welcoming and caring and go well out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, they are also very knowledgeable when it comes to activities to partake in, they also book activities for you so you have no stress.
