As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. “Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Leider befanden sich Haare in den Betten der Kinder, sodass die komplette Bettwäsche ausgetauscht werden musste. Dies wurde zwar umgehend erledigt, war dennoch ärgerlich. Bitte prüft künftig die Betten vor der Anreise sorgfältiger – insbesondere die oberen Betten, in denen Kinder schlafen. ”

“Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.”
