We had a great stay with Rebecca and Michael along the Rock River. The property has a wonderful woodland feel with many trails and personal touches that make it a truly unique and special place to visit. The house has all needed supplies, and many thoughtful extras, including kayaks, bikes, and a closet full of board games. The hosts even took time one day to give us a late afternoon float trip on the River to view scenery, wildlife, and to share some interesting local history. Trail lighting and spectacular flowers enhance the whole experience. Michael’s custom woodworking touches are a spectacular feature of the house with each room having an individual theme in specially selected woods that match perfectly. Every aspect of the property is well executed! Among the best rental stays in our personal history, our highest recommendation!

Lovely house

This is probably the best house We rented ever !Everything you need for perfect vacation is here..House is so nice and clean with a lots of small details giving it charming look ..Kitchen has everything you need . Beds are very comfortable ..You will have kayaks, canoe and fishing boat to enjoy outdoors.. Owners are so friendly and nice people who are willing to help and make your stay pleasant..P.S. Fisherman will have opportunity to catch big size carp or catfish.

Amazing owners and property

I can’t say enough how great this house is and the owners are amazing! They have gone above and beyond to make this a wonderful home to stay in and an amazing place to visit. There is so many cute and fun things to do. A must stay and will absolutely return!

Great place!

We brought our 3 teenage boys (who are not easy to please), and everybody had a wonderful time. The place is incredibly clean and the woodworking all around the house and trails is beautiful. Every night we had a fire by the river with drinks and listened to the sounds of nature. We saw deer, pelicans, frogs, etc. The boys caught a ton of fish each evening. We went to the Dells for a day, which is only about an hour away. Downtown Jefferson is also a cool little area The hosts are wonderful people who make sure your stay is great, but you really also don't even know that they are there. We have rented places twice a summer for the past 10-12 years and this was easily one of the best locations for the price.

Very special

Lovely location. Attention to detail. Beautifully decorated. More than welcoming and comfortable. Gracious, kind, helpful hosts. Would definitely be my first choice of stay when returning to the area.

Wonderful place

Exceeded our expectations for a weekend anniversary getaway. Thoughtfulness and great attention to detail in all aspects. The interior is beautiful, the pictures don't really do it justice. And the outdoors, with the river and trails and cabinette, were just as nice. This is a really special place and Rebecca and Michael were great hosts.

Perfect restful retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this secluded, beautiful property on the Rock River. Plenty of space, fun and unique decor, excellent facilities/appliances, and incredibly friendly hosts. We would absolutely come back and stay anytime we're in the area!

Spacious and lovely

Wow, this place is a gem! The interior is spacious with so many thoughtful touches. The patio is beautiful, plus there's lots more to explore, including wooded trails, a seating area and fire ring on the lakeshore, a furnished cabinette, and a fabulous treehouse. And the hosts are lovely people! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful,natural,cosy house

Enjoying a lot our stay!!! The hosts were amazing! The house-WOW! They having so many things to pleased the kids, even a small furnitured shed! We got a lot of fish from the shore! The house interior is a very spacious and we have about everything we need! Definitely be back!
