It was quite modern with many amenities, including everything needed to cook in the kitchen, plenty of towels for the private pool & bathing, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, washer/dryer, and more. It was close to town & the beach but still felt like you were surrounded by nature. We walked to the beach, restaurants & shopping almost everyday. The house needs little tender loving care, easy stuff replace light bulbs, fix fan repair slip covers on chairs.The handy man was available, but we had to call for repairs. No hot water in master bedroom shower. Little details, however the time was perfect and the local restaurants were excellent. ”
