Perfect family stay on Maui
It was perfect for our family of 4 (included two kids:5 & 8). The bathroom is large with double sinks, large walk in shower and separate tub. Kitchen had plenty of dish/cookware and large fridge. The resort had propane grills near the pools and grilling utensils in the room.There is a small general store on site, but for better pricing there is a full grocery store across the road.The management company for the property was awesome. Extremely responsive ahead of time to answer questions and even reached out to us while we were there to see if we needed anything. They also have a free shuttle service that runs in the afternoon/evenings that can take you anywhere local (shopping/groceries/nearby excursions - just schedule ahead).The resort was great for the kids with plenty of pools, a water slide, and the beach is literally a few steps away. Their are hot tubs as well and Dukes restaurant on site.It was hard to beat the porch views - mountains to the east and the beach to the west with the island of Molokai visible. We spent most of our time that we were in the room on this large porch.The unit itself was super clean with comfortable beds (two larger, actual beds which was nice). We noticed in reviews elevator noise, but we felt it was minimal (like an AC unit coming on) and we slept fine. It was not a primary elevator but having it there gave easy access to the parking garage and doors to the pool area from the room. Would 100% stay here again!
