The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. “The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended”

“Fantastic food and amazing helpful manager and staff”

“He”

“In general good, but there was an intense smoking smell in the room”

“Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!”

“Sangat memuaskan, bilik yang sangat bersih. ”
