One rents a one room + kitchen + shower/wc whereas there may be other guests renting other parts of the house. The house and the furniture are pretty old, but fully functional (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.) It is the perfect place if one looks for a peaceful corner, wishes to make food oneself……
