“We recently stayed at The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool for two nights from Friday 3 July, and overall, we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the whole experience felt very well organised. One of the first things that impressed us was how quick and efficient the check-in process was. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at around 11:30am. This made a big difference……

“Property is not well maintained. Beds are in very poor condition .Lots of stains on the side of bed .Carpet is dirty .Tiolet was not clean properly .only one tiolet roll available even didnt ask for after .Family of four and one tiolet roll .Bed sheets very thin and old but smell fresh .Most disappointed is kettle very bad rusty from inside and cups are same stains inside.i didn't use even how can someone make tea in this kettle ,atleast kettle and cups should be clean these are basic hygiene……

“Compared with many others this was value for money. Expedia transferred me after staying one night in an extremely bad hotel and in comparison this was bliss. Stayed 3 nights and it could easily been more. Some of the nearby properties were not well maintained but no issue here. As I had provisions I did not have breakfast but that also sounded good value. Comfortable bed and room all round , not 5 star but neither was the price. Shower took a while to heat up and was not manoeuvrable in its……
