“Great stay and very friendly staff”

“The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our whole stay very pleasant and relaxing. The Spice Tree Munnar area is truly beautiful with breathtaking views. The food was excellent and the spa treatments also deserve a special mention.”

“The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. “The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. “I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. It is away from the main roads and main City so it is very peaceful……

“Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”
