“I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. It is away from the main roads and main City so it is very peaceful……

“The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. “We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended hotel if anyone coming to Thekkady!”

Hotels.com confirmed our stay, we paid for the accommodation, but when we arrived in the hotel, the reception said that there is NO RESERVATION in our name as they DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT with Hotels.com and that they are fully booked. We had to find another accommodation, while money was paid to Hotels.com for no reservation service at all.”
