“This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent……

“The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant. The highlight was……

“The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. ”

“The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. “I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. It is away from the main roads and main City so it is very peaceful……

“A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. ”
