“Room is clean, friendly staff, Buffet breakfast was the best, they made fresh juice for me, I didn’t use the pool.”

“I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience.”

“The property and location is really good and so are the staff. But the appliances in the room were not upto the mark. Our bathroom shower handle was broken. The hot water indicator was not visible. The washroom opens directly to the pantry.”

“The front desk staff when I checked in took 700 rupees from me as he said I didn't mention 4 people but only 3. But I booked 2 rooms and both rooms where the same amount, the room with 2 person was the same as the room with 1 person. I would have been okay if he gave me a receipt for the extra 700 he took from me, but now what I am thinking is that he took that money for himself. And that's why he didn't give me a receipt for the extra money he paid. The staff in the morning was so respectful……
