“We found your place on Vrbo and It was fantastic! The place we stayed was everything we needed. Relaxing , beautiful the view was beautiful and the beach is very nice and great chairs to relax, and take in the beauty! Micheal was amazing host and very helpful to help with ideas where to eat, get groceries, and just so Grateful he alllowed us to stay and enjoy 30 years. “This was my 1st stay in Key Colony Beach and the rental description was very accurate, very clean and very comfortable for a mature (not so young) couple. We had everything we needed in the house and more. The internet was great and my husband worked some remotely while I explored parks near by. The pool area is completed fenced in so my dogs could be out chasing lizards for fun while I enjoyed the pool and husband cooked on the gas grill. Since its located on a canal, we rented a boat for a few……

“Beautiful little house that had everything we needed. Great place for our boat, on a canal, with easy access to the atlantic and gulf. We could fish in the canal, a great tiki hut with table and chairs and grill. We sat at this almost every night and had a private dinner on the water.”

“Please let your guests know that sombrero beach has a park to pay it cost me $45 as I did not see it where we parked. Your place is a great location. We tried to make sure everything was cleaned up. Pool and beach were great.”

We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal.”

“My wife and I spent a week at this property during spring break. IT WAS PERFECT. The house was clean, quiet, and up to date inside and out. Communication with the owner was just terrific and she was incredibly responsive to the few questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was amazingly comfortable.
