I loved there were three floors and multiple places to hang out together or alone. It was comfortable and cozy. While the linens and towels were all clean, there were other obvious misses (a dead bee collecting dust just under a bed, sticky brown stuff all over a nightstand, etc.) We also had an issue with the hot water going out and it was never resolved by the property manager. Se hospedó 6 noches en marzo de 2023 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Chris Z. 22 feb. 2022 No le gustó: Limpieza #### Terrible stay, if i could i would give ZERO STARS Our flight was delayed and we got there at 2am to find out that temperature inside of the house is 45f , called property manager few times and they didnt send someone over. We end up sleeping under multiple blanks and multiple layers of clothes. Next time when i talked with property manager they explained me that they dont want owners to have a big heating bill , my answer is that you can set temp to minimum or send in someone to turn on heating in before someone arrives. Next day oven wasnt working, i like keystone a lot but i would never stay in this place or recommend this place to friends or family. ##### Chris Z. It was clean. The check in process was very easy. It was located in the perfect spot. Close to town, but not too close to be busy. Was also easy to drive to the property even in the snow. We were here attending the COSHRM Conference held this year at Keystone. We really loved the home. It felt like we were visiting relatives and they rolled out the red carpet. All thI amenities were perfectly thought out and although many cabinets were labeled "owners only" we did not need for anything. Ok, I did use a little of your olive oil...sorry. The rental company was very nice and helpful as we arrived to an unfortunate situation. Only thing that I would comment on was I Wallis have appreciated a follow up visit or call after our arrival and incident ##### Susy R. We had 11 family members for a 6 day weekend to celebrate the 4th of July, and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen, with everything one would need. The home was warm & inviting. Will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would change would be the timing of the water sprinkler. Every nite while sitting on the deck, the sprinklers would go off at 7pm?
