“Staff were very helpful and organised taxis etc. Room was large , bed comfortable and had good wifi. There was a bar and restaurant although I did not dine there. ”

“The house looks new but it's not well maintained- broken toilet seat/cover, bathroom glass walls not well cleaned, fridge and microwave were visibly dirty. Inner pillow covers need a wash too. Internet signal is weak inside the room. Good price though.”

She was always supportive, paying attention to all the needs guests might have.Breakfast was nice, and also she treated us to a gorgeous dinner on St Valentine’s day! “It is located in the city center and close to many places. Main market is close by and also there are a variety of restaurants in the area. Nice traditional market next to the hotel. ”

“Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. ”
