The house was very clean and the pictures on website are accurate. There was ample parking. Easy access on and off 395. "The building is fine. It's clean and overall felt very safe. Security at the elevators is a great feature. However, there is no concierge close to the rooms, at least none that I found. My room didn't get cleaned and my towels didn't get replenished. There was no tea coffee or complimentary water after the first day. There was no complimentary water at all. There was an advertised pool that was not opened. Indoor nor outdoor. It is a complete food desert .. "
