“We wanted to relax and this cottage was perfect. The beach is 30 seconds walk, the view is breathtaking. We relaxed, played games, read, talked around the open fire, swam, walked and just chilled. No tv, no screens (although there is Wi-Fi), we detached from the phones and iPads and let our brains breathe. Will be booking again for next year or maybe even during winter. Tony and John were so helpful yet respectful of our privacy. Can not fault the cottage or the area. Loved every minute.”

“Wonderful experience staying at the property.
One suggestion for the owners is to provide instructions on the use of appliances particularly those appliances that are unique to Europe e.g. the combination washer- dryer, hot water heater in the shower etc. we figured it out eventually but a how to booklet would have been helpful.”

“This roomy cottage is just perfect for a getaway at the edge of the world and can comfortably accommodate a large family or a couple of couples and kids. Your hosts Pauline and Hugh are marvellous and are happy to help with suggestions on nearby attractions and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking with towering mountains right next to a proper surf beach. “We just stayed at Anne's beautiful property in Bruckless and had a fantastic time. Anne was a great host and communication with her was very easy. “We are a family of six, four children and myself and husband. This Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with how traditional it is. My children had plenty of fun out back in the huge garden. Most evenings we had a fire blazing in the living room. While we played board games and playing cards.
