"The hotel is extremely dated. Everything from the elevators to the hallway windows feels like it’s stuck in the last century. Since Queenstown is quite humid, there’s visible mold throughout the building. The worst part was the shower—the hot water was just a weak trickle. The only saving grace was the staff, who were very friendly. Only stay here if you don’t mind aging facilities."
