“We were a group of 7 who booked to stay at Villa Shelby in the October half term. We had a fantastic time. Villa Shelby is beautiful. It’s location is great, I feel you would benefit a car but we didn’t use the public transport so wouldn’t know the accessibility of buses etc. The Villa is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. It had everything to make the stay home from home. The pool area was a lovely addition. There is a great outdoor seating area and BBQ which made for great evenings...

“Amazing property. The pool is great and would come again. You do need to have transport to get around in the heat as the accommodation is on a hill. We hired a car which made it great. Ideal place for a quiet holiday - bars etc are nearby if that is your style. Many Thanks”

“The house is situated in a nice little development within easy walking distance of beach, shops and many restaurants. The frequent bus service from the strip into Pafos meant that no car hire was needed. Lisa and Felix have thought of everything. “We are a family of 6 visiting Akamas. This village house is well maintained and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the deep and refreshing swimming pool (so unexpected in the village!) The location is centrally located, 30 min from Latchi, Polis, Lara. The only negatives are that the beds are a bit firm and you have to be very careful with the hot water - it is scalding hot. Vasiliki is a lovely host and very responsive. All in all we thought it was wonderful and would absolutely come here...

“This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the area and the house is such a great location, we love the roof terrace. “Very decent place for a chill stay. Not very close to the sea, you’ll have to walk, but the area of the facility itself is secluded and full of plants what makes it quiet and private. "Sincerly, it was for me and my family the worst experience in our entire life. Firstly, King Evelton is far away to be a 5 stars hotel, the hotel needs an immediate down grade to maximum 3 stars. Personal has no politeness, no sense of customer care, service is unbelievably horrible, as for example this case among so many that happened, we ask two times for the TV to be check and none shown up to fix it during the whole stay. The hotel is dirty, completely dilapidated, fresh towels provided are dirty, the list is too long... Regarding the food, disappointed again. No fresh juice as well. So disappointed, promoting such hotel as a 5 stars is in my opinion a misleading advertising which lead the customers to book the worst hotel I've ever went to, this is unacceptable. To be honest, I usually do not comment about the hotels but this time I had to, I highly do not recommend King Evelton, avoid it to all cost. I hope this will help others in the future. This Hotel is a joke!"
