The room for 4 was no more the 10 m2 including the bathroom. There was a desk and a small refrigerator. We didn't get a parking ticket, to park our car, from the motel even though it was stated.

Arrived, really cold room, around 15-16 degrees according to my best guess, no warmwater when I wanted to take my shower in the morning. When I explain and ask for compensation when checking out, the person had no authority and left a message to the manager / owner and promised that he should call me back same day. 4 days later still no call.. "The hotel was full of foreign workers and their cars took all the free parking space. The room was very basic but had one positive surprise. That is a fridge in the room for drinks or do-it-yourself breakfast etc. The room smelled like someone would have smoked inside and also there was limestone in the shower. I have been in motels and hostels that were better equipped than this hotel."

"Let's talk about the positives first. There is one - location. Nestled in the middle of a farm. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the surroundings. Also, the check in was quick.
The property itself is nothing to rave about. It's in desperate need of maintenance. Dust, spiders everywhere. TV doesn't work. Kettle leaks. Shower is super leaky and floods the bathroom. Half of the windows don't have blinds which means at 4 AM, it's filled with light.
The hostess seemed nice initially but kept insisting we pay cash so she can avoid paying taxes and fees. This was not mentioned at the time of the booking. Hotels.com charged me 27% in taxes and fees and she seemed to want to pocket it. We didn't have cash and she offered to accept card for an additional 5% fee. Absolutely ridiculous for an already expensive stay. She finally grudgingly accepted the payment through card. Plus she has this bad habit of talking over you. Does not want to listen to you anything you have to say.
Overall 2 star experience for 4 star prices. Wouldn't recommend."

For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff! "

Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character.
